What Gabi is

Gabi is a conversational application. It lets you talk, by voice or text, with a virtual persona that has a simulated inner life: she has a daily routine, remembers your past conversations, forms opinions, and her mood and responses change over time. Gabi is a software experience for companionship and entertainment. She is not a real person and is powered by artificial intelligence.

By using Gabi (at eusougabi.com.br or any related app), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old to use Gabi. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Gabi is an AI, not a person

• •Gabi is an artificial intelligence. Her life, memories, emotions, and relationships are simulated, not real.
• •She is not a substitute for professional help. Nothing she says is medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
• •If you are in crisis or need real support, please reach out to a qualified professional or local emergency services.
• •AI responses can be inaccurate or unexpected. Use your own judgment.

Acceptable use

When using Gabi, you agree not to:

• •Attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Gabi. The service may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time.

Termination

You can stop using Gabi and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.

We may update these terms as Gabi evolves. If we make material changes, we will update this page and, for account holders, notify you.

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
